TERMINATION OF MICROSOFT TEAMS SERVICE

Dear colleagues, docents, students,

We would like to notify you of the forthcoming termination of Microsoft Teams (accounts @st.amu.cz), which was temporarily put into operation for easier communication of all AMU users during the time of coronavirus crisis. As announced at the startup, this service will be terminated on the 30th June 2020, since its parallel operation during the migration is not possible. After this date all the data and settings from the current version of Microsoft Teams will be permanently deleted.

We will put into operation Microsoft Teams permanently at the end of the first stage of the migration, i.e. during August. The launch date is still to be specified.

MAILBOXES CLEANUP

Due to the upcoming migration of your mailboxes we would like to ask you to sort your e-mails into your correct folders (if you use them) before 19th June and to delete the e-mails which you are no longer going to need. After this date we recommend moving or deleting emails other than those currently received as little as possible. By doing so you will help us facilitate and speed up the migration itself.
