EMAIL MIGRATION
CHANGE IN ACCESS TO YOUR MAILBOX
On Friday 21.8.2020 from 18:00 to 20:00 there will be a shutdown of the current e-mail clients GroupWise and Roundcube. During this time it will not be possible to log in.
From 20:00 access to your mailbox will be restored but your GroupWise and Roundcube will no longer send or receive e-mails. From that hour onwards you can only use it to view the history of your e-mails.
From 20:00 the new e-mail client Outlook on the web will be available (to a limited extend) for you to make sure you can work with your current e-mails. Outlook on the web will process your new incoming e-mails and you will be able to sent e-mails from there. From Monday 24.8.2020 your mailbox will be ready to use in full operation with all your e-mails. To log in you can go to mail.amu.cz.
